Still, I'm glad to hear you're keeping it down. The winter is going to be tough for me as colder weather means I become more docile.. I did pick up Wii Fit Plus to maybe get my butt off the couch again. |
I don't plan on going back to old habits again, in fact when ever I eat a cookie or any junk for that matter I end up feeling sick. |
